Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bolts, weights, and assembly tools are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for signs of wear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
