Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Due to the weight of our strength training equipment, standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your power racks and benches?
Yes, all RitKeep structural frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, while wearable parts and upholstery include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I return my purchase if it doesn't fit my home gym space?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy freight are the responsibility of the customer.

Is assembly hardware included with the equipment?

How can I track the status of my delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal. For freight shipments, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window.
